Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever comes first.
To request a cancellation, please reach out to our customer support team via email.
Eligible cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return after delivery, following the guidelines in our Return & Refund Policy.
We currently do not allow edits to items, quantities, or shipping addresses after an order is placed. To make changes, you must cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new one.
